It’s our slow-paced class that actually focuses on mindful movement and longer holds, and allows your body and mind to fully relax. Perfect for beginners, or even anyone who is dealing with high stress, these 75-minute sessions ease muscle tension while bringing a sense of calm with every breath.

Restorative Yoga Sessions

Designed in order to help the body unwind, Restorative Yoga uses supportive props and gentle poses to activate the body’s natural healing response. These 90-minute sessions include breathwork and meditation that help reset your nervous system, reduce anxiety, and release emotional blockages in a safe, nurturing space.

Yin Yoga for Mental Calm

Yin Yoga offers stillness and introspection through long-held, deep stretches that target connective tissues. Each session supports flexibility, joint health, along with emotional release. With mindfulness techniques woven in, this practice creates a meditative flow that truly promotes inner clarity and calmness of mind and body.

Pranayama (Breathing) Classes
